The original Brick House
cigars were Cuban puros, handmade with the finest Havana tobaccos.
Third-generation cigar makers, Eric and Bobby Newman, have
recreated this vintage cigar brand by blending specially aged
Nicaraguan tobaccos with hearty Havana Subido wrapper leaves
to match the rich, well-balanced flavor of their grandfather's
Brick House cigars. Handmade in Nicaragua, these flavorful
cigars are designed to be enjoyed and shared with friends
- just like J.C.'s friends and family would have done 150
years ago in the original Brickhouse. Brickhouse cigars are
made in the same factory as JC Newman's El Baton cigars.
Brick House is a beautifully
made Nicaraguan puro. It starts out earthy and crisp, yet
has a distinctive flavor like no other cigar. As you experience
the cool even burn of this handmade cigar, it builds into
a well-rounded, smooth taste with hints of oak and maple syrup.
It leaves you excited for your next Brick House cigar.
Carlos Toraño
Exodus 1959 50 Years Torpedo (5.5
x 52)
Strength:
Full
Origin: Nicaragua
Wrapper: Brazilian
Arapiraca Sun Grown
Filler:
Nicaragua
Binder: Honduras
It’s been 50 years since
Fidel Castro took control of Cuba and the exodus of many Cuban
tobacco families began. These families left and were determined
to continue the heritage of premium cigars. The Toraño
family fled Cuba and began a new chapter in their lives, now
they have 2 factories, Esteli, Nicaragua and Danli, Honduras,
where they produce some of the most highly acclaimed cigars
of our time.
The Carlos Toraño
Exodus 1959 – 50 Years is dressed in a captivating Brazilian
Arapiraca sun-grown wrapper. This wrapper - highly regarded
for its bold, spicy flavor - combines perfectly with the natural
sweetness of the Nicaraguan filler tobaccos from the regions
of Esteli and Pueblo Nuevo. The result is a unique and luxurious
flavor profile, which is intense and rich, yet rounded and
balanced. Sweet, creamy notes dominate the palate with subtle
hints of spice, dark chocolate, and raisins adding further
complexity to this sensory experience. The finish is long
and lingering with a distinct leathery note.
The Carlos Toraño
Exodus 1959 50 Years has proven to be a triumph 5 decades
in the making and a cigar proudly offered as the finest Toraño
has ever created.

This month we have
added a fifth cigar for our loyal COTMC members. Consider
it a little holiday gift from us to you!!
Made exclusively for Empire
Cigars, the La Flor Dominicana Cheroot is a rare treat for
cigar aficionados. Although the exact components of
the cigar are kept secret by Litto Gomez, it is rumored to
be made of 100% ligero tobacco. The result of Litto’s
blend is a powerhouse of a cigar. Although rustic in
appearance, the cigar boasts remarkable complexity and flavor.
Affectionately known as the "crack stick" or "ice
pick", the Cheroot is one of the strongest cigars on
the market. Don’t leave this one out for Santa unless
you are his last stop, otherwise he may not finish his route.
Can you handle the Cheroot?????
